mobile application and web tool (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”),
developed by KitGlobal under the supervision of qualified, experienced new
building experts (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

This service is provided “AS IS” and is intended for professional use.

To use the Application, users must register with their email address, which
requires approval by senior appointed management. During registration, the

• Rank or Expert Profession
This information is used solely to:
• Enable account creation and access control
• Identify users within projects
• Communicate important service-related updates
The Service Provider may also use the information to contact you for critical
notices related to the Application.
Automatically Collected Information
NBCT does not collect analytics, advertising data, or precise location
information.
However, the Application may temporarily store:
• Cache data (for offline functionality)
• Inspection photos or voice notes (if microphone input is enabled by the user)
This data is used exclusively to support the intended functionality of inspections
and reporting.

• Photo Gallery (optional) – to upload supporting images
• Microphone (optional) – for text input via voice recognition
